Founded in 1989 by Stanley Black, Black Equites is a real estate investment and operating company based in Beverly Hills, California with an over 40 year history of investing in real estate across the United States. Prior to forming Black Equities, Stanley Black built a successful 30-year career in real estate, initially as co-founder of KB Development and KB Management, where he co-lead the development of over sixty office, multi-family and retail projects, totaling ten million square feet, throughout Southern California. Eventually the KB developed properties were sold and proceeds were reinvested into real estate holdings throughout the country. Today, Black Equities owns 15 million square feet of commercial and industrial property and a 2,500 unit multi-family portfolio, totaling 300+ properties spanning 27 states in the United States.
